Midas and Me

What do Ramses, Alexander, King Midas and Auric Goldfinger have in common? Each of them recognized the value of gold, its beauty and magic, but especially its ability to create fortune, maintain wealth and generate power. Each in their own way made great investments to obtain vast stores of gold so that they would be able to hold sway over a wide, and ever growing, portion of the population of the world.

I am not interested in ruling the world or extending my power over a segment of the population, but I am certainly interested in maintaining my position in the economy so that I will be able to retire with confidence! So gold is in my portfolio
