Learn French and Retire to the Caribbean!

FSI Digital Language Courses may be the answer to my problem. I have been going to the island of Dominica for some time. I am considering retirement to that tropical paradise. The official language of Dominica is English. But it is situated in the Caribbean between two French islands, Martinique and Guadaloupe. Many of the people on Dominica speak French or a broken French.
