Appraisal 360

According to a recent web release the new tool from Appraisal360 called 360 degree feedback is a profitable tool for evaluating performance of individuals in your organization. The aim of the program is to get an objective appraisal of the people in your business or organization. The way the program works is that an individual is given a very structured questionnaire to fill out regarding their performance and their behavior. Then the same questionnaire is emailed to six others in the organization who know the subject of the appraisal well. They fill out the questionnaire anonymously, to make them more comfortable being candid in their answers. From the six evaluations a composite report is put together to allow the subject of the appraisal a view of how their colleagues perceive them.
